You won’t have to worry or guess about your critical annual filings with the State of Washington or what to do if you receive Service of Process ("SOP").

The Services Available:

• Annual Corporate filing services with the Secretary of State, including annual updating of your entity management information.
• Immediate notification of SOP via e-mail alerts and electronic delivery of scanned SOP documents.
• Forwarding legal documents and tax notices received from the State.
• Immediate notification of employee Garnishments.
• Jurisdiction status alerts to advise you if your entity has fallen out of good standing.
• As a law firm, we are also able to provide Annual Consents for your signature and placement in your Minute Book.
• Maintenance of your Corporate Minute Book. We are able to keep your Corporate Minute Book at our Law office.

Registered Agent Service Rates:

Registered Agent for 12 months: $185
This includes filing your Annual Report with the Secretary of State.

Washington State Annual License fee: $59

Prepare Annual Consents for Corporations. $125
